• Use your Rosary Booklet to help you pray at home.
• Continue to reread the weekly stories and study the spelling list on a nightly basis.
• Follow in Jesus' footsteps when you obey the Ten Commandments each and every day!
• Read carefully through your Holy Communion packet which you received at the family meeting.

 Social Studies

Here are the main ideas that we are learning in Unit 2:

• Geography is the study of Earth and the ways people use it.
• Each kind of shape on the surface of the Earth is a landform.
• A producer is someone who makes or grows something.
• A consumer is someone who buys and uses goods.
• A natural resource is a useful material that comes from the Earth.

• Conservation is the care and protection of land, water, plants, and animals.

1. Help your child learn about resources on Earth.
2. List the following natural resources: water, air, trees, and soil.
3. Help your child identify where the resources are found, why they are important, and what can be done to help conserve them.
