Social Studies

- Each kind of shape on the surface of the Earth is a landform.
- A producer is someone who makes or grows something.
- A consumer is someone who buys and uses goods.
- A natural resource is a useful material that comes from the Earth.
Conservation is the care and protection of land, water, plants, and animals.
Family Activities
- Help your child learn about resources on Earth.
- List the following natural resources: water, air, trees, and soil.
- Help your child identify where the resources are found, why they are important, and what can be done to help conserve them.
