Registration Information & Forms

Dear Parents/Guardians,

Below you will find forms to begin your re-registration process for the 2010-11 school year.  Please return the ST. MICHAEL SCHOOL REGISTRATION form with the Registration Fee ($150.00 per student) by Friday, February 26, 2010.  Open registration begins at Open House on Sunday, January 31, 2010.  If we have not received your registration form and fee by February 26, 2010, we will not guarantee that there will be space for your child.  Please respond accordingly.

Also attached are forms to be filled out if you are requesting a registration packet for an incoming 3 year old preschool, incoming 4 year old preschool, or an incoming kindergarten student.  We are giving our current school families the first opportunity to reserve a spot for the upcoming school year.
