Band

St. Michael's Band is led by Mr. Glen Pawlak.  The program offers students two band opportunities: Beginner Band and Senior Band. 

Instruments available include:

• Brass (trumpet, trombone, French horn, and baritone);  
• Woods (flute, clarinet, oboe and saxophone), and 
• Percussion (snare drum and xylophone).

Students meet once a week for group lessons during the school day.

• Beginner Band also meets before school at 7:00 a.m. for a band rehearsal.
  
• Senior Band meets after school.
  
  

Students perform at Christmastime and in the Spring.  Additional performances include Marist High School Grade School Night, and an optional solo contest at the regional level in March.
